FASTING
Try to fast weekly in prayer and meditation of Jesus Christ. I usually fast on most Sundays until sunset. You can choose to do a wet fast(you can drink only water) or a dry fast(no fluids or food). However, make sure not to overindulge when you break your fast at sunset. Eat a moderate meal before going to bed.
